No. Every piece is stainless steel. Gold-tone and black pieces have a coloured finish over the steel; silver pieces are the steel itself. We don't sell solid gold, gold-filled or diamond pieces. That's how we keep prices low.

Stainless steel resists rust and tarnish far better than plated brass or copper. Gold-tone and black finishes can wear slowly over time, especially where the piece rubs against skin or clothing. No finish lasts forever, but good care keeps it looking new much longer.

Stainless steel handles splashes and sweat, but it isn't indestructible. Take it off for swimming, hot tubs and the gym, since chlorine, salt water, soap and sweat wear any finish faster. Dry it off if it gets wet.

Yes. Stainless steel naturally contains some nickel. Most people wear it with no problem, but if you have a known nickel allergy, it may not be right for you.

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Keep it away from perfume, cologne, lotion and cleaning products. Store each piece separately (a pouch works) so links don't scratch each other. More tips on our materials & care page.

18" sits at the base of the neck, 20" just below the collarbone, 22" on the upper chest and 24" at mid-chest. 20–22" is the safest start for most guys. Available lengths vary by style and finish, and each product page only shows the ones we carry. See the size guide for a full breakdown.

Rings come in US sizes and bracelets in set lengths, listed on each product page. The size guide shows how to measure at home. If a ring doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it unworn within 30 days.

We ship from Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 2–6 business days within Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. Full details on our shipping & returns page.

When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from the link in your order confirmation email. If you can't find either email, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. See shipping & returns for how to start a return.

We focus on Canada. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship there, but international orders may take longer and may be charged duties and import fees on delivery.
