Chaque pièce Novyice est fabriquée en acier inoxydable. Nos modèles dorés et noirs possèdent un revêtement ou un plaquage sur l'acier. Il ne s'agit pas d'or massif.

Pour qu'il garde son aspect neuf

  • Retirez-le pour nager, aller au jacuzzi ou à la salle de sport. Le chlore, l'eau salée et la transpiration usent plus rapidement n'importe quelle finition.
  • Mettez-le après avoir appliqué votre lotion, votre parfum et vos produits capillaires.
  • Essuyez-le avec un chiffon doux après l'avoir porté.
  • Rangez chaque pièce séparément afin que les maillons ne se rayent pas entre eux.
  • Évitez les nettoyants pour bijoux et les chiffons de polissage sur les pièces dorées et noires. Un peu d'eau savonneuse douce suffit.

Les revêtements et les plaquages s'usent lentement avec le temps. La durée de vie dépend de la fréquence et de l'intensité avec lesquelles vous portez le bijou.

    Stainless steel core

    Every chain, bracelet and ring is stainless steel. It resists rust and handles daily wear, sweat and rain.

    Silver, gold-tone, black

    Silver is the steel itself. Gold-tone and black are a coloured finish over the steel. It's not solid gold, and that's why it costs what it does.

    Finishes need care

    Coloured finishes can wear slowly over time. Take pieces off for swimming and the gym, wipe them dry and store them separately.

Care questions

What is it made of?

Stainless steel. Silver pieces are the steel itself. Gold-tone and black pieces have a coloured finish over the steel. Nothing we sell is solid gold, gold-filled or set with diamonds.

Can I get it wet?

A bit of water or sweat is fine and stainless steel won't rust from it, but chlorine, salt water, soap and long soaks wear finishes faster. Take it off for swimming, hot tubs and the gym.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For more grime, use a little mild soap and warm water, rinse, and dry it completely. Skip polishing compounds, abrasive cloths and harsh chemicals on gold-tone or black pieces, since they can wear the finish.

How should I store it?

Store each piece separately in a pouch or soft-lined box so links and rings don't scratch each other. Lay chains flat or hang them so they don't tangle.

Is it OK for sensitive skin?

Stainless steel contains some nickel. Most people wear it with no issue, but if you have a known nickel allergy it may not suit you. Stop wearing it if you notice irritation.
