WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All orders ship from Canada.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery within Canada usually takes 2–6 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during holidays or because of the carrier.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

TRACKING

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

OUTSIDE CANADA

If your country is available at checkout, we can ship there. International orders may take longer, and you may be charged duties, taxes or import fees on delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email novyice08@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
