RETURNS

You can return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email novyice08@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Items that have been worn, damaged, resized or altered can't be returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded.

BUY 2, GET 1 FREE ORDERS

If you return part of an order that used Buy 2, Get 1 Free, your refund will reflect the discount on the items you keep.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or finish? Email us with your order number and we'll help you swap it, subject to stock.
